That statement is most often used when a young man has somehow fallen into an undesirable but socially acceptable situation that is easier to overlook than to help them overcome. It was with this situation in mind that Brothers In God was created. We would much rather help the young men of Crossfire face their situations head-on, applying the Word of God and assisting them to achieve what God has called them to be rather that what the world says is acceptable.
Through a variety of monthly activities and events, B.I.G. encourages young men to excel in what is achievable rather than settling for what is acceptable. And they have a blast doing it! Cookouts, camp-outs, and competitions are just a few ways that B.I.G. leadership mentors and molds the “boys” of today into strong, Christian men of tomorrow. |
